Backround
How we know, London is the most cosmopolitan city of the world so there are a lot of people here that they aren't going to buy a house instead they will rent a room, a whole house, an studio, hostels, hall of residence, etc.
Overcome to the students they have a lot of problems to find an accomodation, if they don't have any accomodation fixed before coming to London like in a hall of residence, because is too expensive, too far, too dirty (London houses are not clean at all, at least comparing to Madrid, Paris, Munich,etc..). Maybe one of the reason of this it's what we are talking about, a lot of landlords are renting room by room to different people everymonths and they don't care about their own house forgetting to clean them, they just care about to earn money and that's all.
However, cleanliness is not the main problem, like I said before the students have other problems like distance, fees, flatmates, etc. So would be fine to find out what the students' problems are, and things the university could done to help them.
Aims
The object of our research is to find out the main problems for the students to find accommodation and how they are living in their current accommodation
Method
The method we'll use is to write a questionaire of 10 questions with some possible answers and the people interviewed will tick just one answer per question. Then we'll check the answers and make an analysis.

The point of a research report is that it's scientific- the results are what's important, the researcher is not. Your report is much too personal- it's all about you, and what you think!!! It may be true that the accommodation you've seen is dirty, but you haven't done research on this, so you can't really generalise about all the accommodation available in four of the biggest cities in Europe! You also have some language to work on, but try to work on the content first. Your aims are abit unclear- 'how students live in their accommodation' suggests you're going to ask about their lifestyle, but this is not the case. The method also needs to be an impersonal account of what was done by your group...
